Hi Chater,
If There4You detects any changes in your account they lock it, for example if you changed your name it would lock your account due to the fact that they think your account is getting hacked.
There4You are working on a fix.

Hello,
Rhys here. I am terribly sorry about what is going on with your account being locked, Slendae is correct, if our systems detect any changes in your account it automatically locks. I have sent a request over to the CSS team to get this problem solved as soon as possible.
