The chat operator is bad.
Hi, I am making this topic because I was in a chat with them and I said that I need assistance, and they said that he will be back in a minute and he came back and I didn't feel that he assisted me with my issue.

I'm sorry about what has happened in the There4You chat, but I'm afraid that this isn't something we can help with on the forums but if you're unhappy with our Online Chat Support agents handled the issue you can contact SAFeed.there4you@consultant.com. This is handled by our senior Online chat support agents. Not even Chris/Sabre can do anything. It is completely handled by our senior Online chat support agents.

Here at There4You we like to keep it all private, and professional, even if we did handle it over at the forums we have no experience with dealing with bad Support agents, but all Support agents must have experience with bullying.
I'm afriad i'm going to have to lock this topic as we have given too much information, as Telsia said e-mail our senior support agents.
