Welcome to the new There4You bullying forum, There4You is a community that helps people who are getting bullied, we take everything seriously here. If you are below 18, you must have permission of your parents or a carer. If you are a troll you are not allowed to spread your troll on these forums as it's a criminal offense, we will get hold of your IP address and send it directly to your local police, I hear the police have good tracking. Please have fun and please feel comfortable to post any problems on the forums! - If you have witnessed trolling we suggest you report it as soon as possible! 1. Introduction; We are a community that helps people that are getting bullied and that need help and advise, our support staff are here to assist and they understand all, they'll be there for you.

2. Forums; The forums are here to help you and to gain a nice community and get to know someone trolling on the forums is not appreciated. If you want to know more information about trolling click here

3. Live Chat; Live chat is here to have a private and comfortable chat with our representatives, they understand everything and shall assist you and solve your problems, we do not accept trolls, we will trace your IP to were you live and we will get the Police evolved.

4. Pretending to be a Support agent Forums; Pretending to be a support agent on the forums is against the terms, and your account will be banned. We are a serious group we do not want anyone to be upset we are suppose to help people not to make them sad because of people impersonating a representative.

5. Trolling; Trolling is not accepted here, none of us like it, if we see trolling we will trace the IP as this is a charity and we do not want anyone to be sad. This is not fair, any one calming to be trolling shall be traced and sent directly to the police.

6. Sending fake e-mail; Please do not make an fake e-mail and e-mail us because we do not want a high queue we want to solve any questions or call for help as possible and we do not want anyone to be sending us loads of junk.

7. Support agents; Support agents will always appear in the Green colour, they'll understand and assist you with your problem.

8. Viruses, hacking and other offences; You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

9. Reliance On Information Posted & Disclaimer; the materials contained on our site are provided for general information purposes only and do not claim to be or constitute legal or other professional advice and shall not be relied upon as such.

We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.


10. Accessing our site; Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

11. Intellectual property rights; We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.


12. Do not "Name and Shame" when posting the forums

If you have a grievance with a person on forums, please do not identify the person by name here on the forums. While we do appreciate that in most cases violations of this rule are legitimate attempts to warn the community of dishonourable behaviour from individuals, allowing person to post potentially harmful statements about other players is open to abuse, and is therefore not allowed. This rule applies to Screenshots as well as direct naming.

Please note that this rule exists to prevent innocent individuals from being wrongfully accused. As this rule can also potentially protect individuals who are guilty.

13. Post in English, and English only

Moderators need to be able to read everything you write to make sure it's not unsuitable for the forums. If we can't, we have to assume the worst and consider the post a breach of the forum guidelines. Posts not in English are subject to deletion.
Note: an extra version in English is not good enough, as a moderator can't verify that the non-English text is the same as the English one.

14. Do not post about locked or deleted threads

Posts that are moderated have a reason behind the moderation. It's up to you to read the forum code of conduct and these guidelines to determine what you did wrong, learn from your mistake, and attempt to post again without breaking any rules.

15. If you feel as you are being bullied or picked on within the forums please contact a moderator as soon as it occurs and we'll take action. You'll never hear about what happened to that person, we will never verify that we have deleted or banned the account. You may private message moderators at anytime as long as it's about being bullied on the forum or a standard question regarding bullying inside school. Please note: You may only suggest one suggestion. Before you can post any other suggestion you must at-least wait 24 hours - warning will be issued to your account if you suggest another suggestion without that time limit being up.
